Once a month, Chef Kegan Stritchko cooks for a small, invited group — a menu created for that night alone. Nothing on it appears on our dine-in menu or our omakase, and it will not be served again.

There is no public date and no online booking. Invitations go out to the Chef's Table list, and seating is limited.
